Clean Air Quality Service, Inc. (CAQS) uses the latest in LIDAR and 3D imaging technology to capture, via high definition scanning, current existing conditions at job sites in minute detail. CAQS's drafting team is able to utilize this digitized information in addition to computer aided 3D design software to efficiently create models that are used to visualize the installation of new equipment in existing and/or soon to be constructed spaces. This technology allows CAQS to complete any job, large or small, in the least amount of time while resolving conflicts beforehand and decreasing costs.

Clean Air Quality Service, Inc. has been a Honeywell factory authorized automation and controls contractor for 25+ years. In that time, we have worked on a large variety of projects including industrial & large commercial projects. With a broad mechanical background and a talented and diverse automation team, we’ve been able to coordinate with specifying engineers to meet and exceed client expectation.

Using the Honeywell Niagara 4 platform, we’ve brought mechanical equipment operation, energy usage awareness and conservation down to an everyday operator level. With a modern and easy to use platform, Niagara 4 utilizes HTML5 to provide an array of rich features. While Honeywell is our flagship product we also service Andover, JCI Facility Explorer, and Siemens Talon Automation Systems.

We staff a full maintenance and service department with 24/7 emergency response both on site and remote.
